Professor Maya Chacaby (Glendon College) and the Nokiiwin Tribal Council developed a Workshop on Indigenous Cultural Competency and Trauma-Informed Training, aimed at building cultural competency, deepen the understanding of trauma, incorporate trauma-informed practices, and enhance capacity to develop culturally-based models for restoration and reclamation.
